The Burch House offers three types of accommodation:

Single rooms with shared baths

Double rooms with shared baths

Apartments with private baths and a parking space
Other important information:
- Check-in is any time after 2:00p.m. Check-out is 11:00a.m.
- During holidays and special events we have a minimum stay requirement.
- Off season rates are available before Memorial Day weekend and after 15th September.
- The rates do not include the State and Town Room taxes.
- We accept Travelers Checks, Cash, Mastercard and Visa.
