Accommodations

The Burch House offers three types of accommodation:

• Single rooms with shared baths
• Double rooms with shared baths
• Apartments with private baths and a parking space

Other important information:

• Check-in is any time after 2:00p.m. Check-out is 11:00a.m.
• During holidays and special events we have a minimum stay requirement.
• Off season rates are available before Memorial Day weekend and after 15th September.
• The rates do not include the State and Town Room taxes.
• We accept Travelers Checks, Cash, Mastercard and Visa.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT DEPOSITS ARE NEEDED TO SECURE PHONE BOOKINGS AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
